Refund Policy

Digital purchases

Because our products are digital and delivered automatically, purchases are generally final. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after digital content has been supplied, except where required by applicable law or Tebex’s terms.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude rights you may have when content is faulty, not as described or not delivered, or any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights. Any loss of a withdrawal right for digital content depends on the consent and acknowledgement required at checkout.

Problems with an order

Tebex is the Merchant of Record and handles payment and refund requests. If there is an issue with your purchase, contact Tebex customer support with your receipt or transaction reference. Do not send payment-card details.

The Tebex checkout terms and applicable consumer law govern the purchase. This page does not override them.
